Jury of the prof. Mieczysław Pożaryski Competition selected the best works published in SEP scientific and technical journals in 2023. 39 articles were submitted to the Competition. The ceremonial presentation of diplomas to the Competition Winners took place on June 5, 2024 in Poznań during the meeting of the SEP Governing Council.

"Article which title cam be tranlated as 'Renewable energy sources or nuclear energy - what does Poland need?' was distinguished among many submitted works, which is a great proof of recognition from the jury and the journal's editorial staff. (...) The paper not only enriched the content of the Wiadomości Elektrotechniczne journal, but also contributed to expanding knowledge and inspiration for our readers," we read in the congratulatory letter

Article by prof. Andrzej Strupczewski, NCBJ Spokesperson for Nuclear Energy, the content of which can be found in issue 11 of "Wiadomości Elektrotechniczne" from 2023 (10.15199/74.2023.11.1), won the 3rd prize.
