The park offers entrepreneurs access to 21 office spaces with a total area of 425 m². All our premises are fully furnished.

The facility is under constant surveillance of CCTV cameras and is covered by a burglary and robbery alarm system. Our additional advantages are:

The Science and Technology Park Świerk houses two large conference rooms: Ewa and Maria with a total area of about 360 m². Each of them can accommodate 150 participants, and when combined, an event for 300 people can be held there.

We also have halls for smaller events "Proton" and "Neutron" with an area of about 55m², which can be used to hold events accompanying large w events or can serve as an ideal place to hold a training course, seminar or business meeting.

The PNT building has 23 laboratory rooms with a total area of 610m². Their individual areas range from less than 11m² to over 36m². Each of the rooms is equipped with basic laboratory furniture for further adaptation by the Tenant. Due to the nature of the premises, long-term lease is the preferred form of cooperation.

Science and Technology Park Świerk offers its tenants storage space of over 400 m². Located mainly in the ground floor of the building with access to sanitary facilities.

The laboratory facilities can be used by startups as well as micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. We also encourage cooperation with state institutions and large Polish companies from abroad that are looking for a location for their research and development centers.

The building, which houses the laboratories, is accessible to people with disabilities. There is also a cafeteria in the building, and a loading ramp for heavy equipment on the side of the parking lot.
